Located in the common ground floor of three large mixed used residential, commercial high-rises, next to two highways, middle of Tehran, Kurdistan highway, ASP buildings

Program:

Interior design, facade design and renovation aimed at changing the function of the old and abandoned commercial unit to a luxury restaurant and multi functional saloon to host various meetings. 1300m2 two storeys include; entrance lobby and reception saloons in ground floor; kitchen facilities, preparation area and cold storage in underground level.

Systems:

- Structure: Existing concrete frame work and concert slabs floor.

- Architecture: Combination of red Cedar wood panels, light color walls and ceiling with hardwood flooring for main saloons, and combination of wooden panels, aluminum composite panel walls and ceiling with 600x900mm natural red granite tiles flooring, for lobby.

- Utility: Central cooling and heating system include: water Chiller+ Boiler with duct mounted distribution system, exhaust and fresh air system.
